Astellas POC Alerts
Astellas POC Alerts service is a subscription alert service providing mobile alerts to subscribers that include information and/or links about overactive bladder (OAB). You can opt-in by texting “OAB” or “INFO” to “40719”.
By opting-in you agree to receive marketing text messages from Astellas. We do not, but could, use an automatic telephone dialing system to deliver our text messages. Instead, we use a consent management platform that only responds to users’ requests for mobile content via text messaging. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services.
By opting-in, you also agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and represent that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you. Your use of Astellas POC Alerts after any change constitutes your acceptance of such changes. You may refer to the most current version of these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time by texting “HELP” to “40719”.
Mobile User Fees
Neither Astellas nor its SMS service provider charge mobile user fees to send or receive text messages. Message (MSG) and Data (collectively “MSG&Data”) rates may apply.
User Opt-Out
To Opt-Out (discontinue service), text “STOP”, “QUIT”, “END”, “CANCEL”, “UNSUBSCRIBE” or “STOP ALL” to “40719” from your mobile device. You will not receive any additional messages from this program.

Other than the keywords we promote to consumers to request content, in this case “OAB” or “INFO”, only the words “STOP”, “QUIT”, “END”, “CANCEL”, “UNSUBSCRIBE”, “STOP ALL” or “HELP” may be recognized by our consent management platform that responds to inbound text messages.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Astellas and any of our successors, assigns or licensees, together with any of their respective officers, directors and employees, against any damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of claims by a third-party relating to your use of the Astellas POC Alerts service, or any breach or violation of these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
